is the repetition of words, sounds or phrases spoken by others. in the modern world this can be seen in phrases used in media that catch on and become somewhat household terms for the masses of people that consume their content from social media. the repeatability of content and cycle of that need for phrases and terms we can use to break the ice often become numb in meaning, a good example of this is trends we can see in the gym where phrases like "yeah buddy" and "nothing but a peanut" are still being echoed through gyms around the world after the massive impact those words seemed to have on multi-time bodybuilding champion Ronnie Coleman, where in videos he was seen using those phrases to push himself to his very limits. while this was seen working for him the words have far less value behind them in the gym now so much time has passed and the words have been said a million or so times by now.

this echolalia can also be seen across the health, fitness and wellness scene where people find something of value, humour or interest to the market (this can look like supplements, clothing, exercises and other consumer items) that will be flipped and posted about in 100 different ways to boost popularity and eventually die off as people get sick of seeing the same product constantly being advertised to them.
For me individuality is key, the way to rid the brain of that cycle for phrases and comfortable thoughts that allow me to sit in my personality like a nest. The feeling of being the first to develop thoughts and opinions whether that be about a new TV show or a new album, the rawest reaction is always the first.
in the awareness of this term and this mindset I have set out to make JRH Fitness an induvial based experience that gives each and every person the information they need not what I think will sell you a product the best. this is a human service not a store selling items to a mindless consumer.
I hope to use this individualistic mentality to help each and every person who feels like life has just been passing them by to give a visual, practical and mental refresher of what your body expects of you day by day and what you would need to get to the place you want be.
As much as individuality is important, there is also massive advantages in numbers and the more support and love you can feed into a system then the more success that system should have which is why I wanted to open my services up to every possible person with a Wi-Fi connection and access to a browser. Each individual has something of value to bring to the table and can teach me just as much about them as I can teach them about the gym!
