1 Month (Singular) Check ins 2 days a week 3 days of tailored programming p/week Recommended Cardio plans Nutritional Guidance (Anytime within working hours) *Note all clients must take part in Press up, Plank and Squat Test, other tests will be recommended if discussed/ advised in goal setting
Cancellation Policy
To cancel/reschedule please give at least 48 hours notice to your coach so they can prepare for the change. Note: that all programmes and coaching is done at the best of the coaches ability and is best defined as “professional advice”, all exercise, cooking and discussions are private and protected by the information safe holding policy in the UK. This means your information is not shared among outside parties other than you and the coach and your coach can’t be held responsible for any mistakes made outside of the programming and meal planning.
